Tasty and Healthy Treats at The Emperor, Sheraton Subang

In China, spring chicken and duck are highly prized at two of the four main “stars” at the table during wedding banquet and major festivals (the others being fish and pork). Take advantage to savour these two imperial cuisines at The Emperor as Chef Louie features some of his new creations.

Chef Louie and his team are all set to “wok up” these delicious dishes to enhance your dining experience. For duck specialties, be tempted by signature Peking Duck, Braised Taro Duck with Steamed Bun, Stir-Fried Sliced Duck Meat with Fresh Mango sauce and Braised Duck with Sun Ton Bean and Mushroom.

Meanwhile, try out some interesting spring chicken creations like Crispy Spring Boneless Chicken with Yam Paste, Steamed Spring Chicken Wrapped with Lotus Leaf and Braised Spring Chicken with Preserved Salted Mustard Cabbage.

Available from 1 – 30 June 2006, these dishes are priced from RM25++ and RM80++ onwards per dish for Spring Chicken and Peking Duck.

Specially concocted using the freshest fruit and vegetable juices like avocado, celery, green apple, cucumber, carrot, papaya, ginger, orange, etc, these refreshing mocktail will definitely make you ask for more!!!

Specially created for various functions, check out all the six concoctions:“Avo-Green” (a blend of avocado, green apple, evaporated milk and honey) This is definitely for good glowing skin complexion.

“Sanctuary of Mind” (mixture of cucumber, celery and honey) and “Emperor Green Peace” (mixture of celery and green apple) is to de-stress and reduce high blood pressure.
“D-Source of Chi” (mixture of papaya, carrot and celery) is full of vitamin A and thus, great for enhancing eye sight and also skin complexion.
