Rich And Abundant In Taste - Thai Cuisine Buffet Dinner At Terazza Brasserie

Be prepared for some Thai cuisine by Chef Anis and team at Terazza Brasserie, Sheraton Subang Hotel & Towers from 1st to 30th June 2006.

To start off the exciting encounter, let Chef Anis tempt you with appetizers which include Nua Nam Tok (Spicy Grilled Beef with Thai Herb Salad), Pla Goong (Spicy Shrimp Salad), Yam Mung Seng (Spicy Glass Noodles Salad with Prawns) and many more.

Before moving on to the main course, warm up with some hot piping soup. Sample the Tom Yam Talay (Spicy Seafood soup with Herbs), Tom Ga Kai (Chicken in Coconut Milk soup) and Tom Yam Goong (Spicy Prawn Tom Yam).

Next, head for a variety of main dishes. Check out the irresistible Pla Sam Rod (Fish with Three Flavoured sauce), Kaeng Kua Subparod Goong (Sweet Curry Prawn), Gaeng Mussaman (Mussaman Beef Curry), Kaeng Pad Khai (Chicken Red Curry), Kheak Phad Phrik Thai (Stir Fried Lamb with Black Pepper sauce, Poo Pad Nam Prik Pow (Stir Fried Crab with chilli) and many others.

Specially recommended by Chef Anis, try out the Kaeng Sam Pla; known as Thai Sour Fish Curry, Pha Naeng Nua (Beef in sweet peanut sauce) and Chicken wrapped in Pandan leaves; more understood as Khai Hor Bai Toei for the Thais.
