Cilantro’s Open Day – “Explore the Art of Culinary”

For someone with a love for great food and a passion for cooking, a culinary career can offer a variety of opportunities. Eating and preparing good food is not only necessary; it is one of the truly great pleasures in life.

People come together over food as a way of getting to know each other, to conduct business, to celebrate, have fun or just to break up their routine.

Come and join us on our Open Day, 3 & 4 April 2010 where we will be presenting the valuable tips of the fundamental of bread making by professional pastry Chef with many years of previous experience.

In addition, our master dim sum Chef, will be conducting live demonstration.

Live demonstration will also be conducted by our double award-winning silver medalist wedding cake specialist, Chef Lily Chai, during which you will see for yourself first-hand how to come up with a fascinating wedding cake.
