Who can resist Paya Serai’s most talked about Ramadhan Buffet spread? Getting better this year with added selections, your appetite will definitely be spoilt for choices from local delights, quintessential Ramadhan dishes to Malay sweets. Leading the brigade of chefs at Paya Serai is Chef Azmi bin Md. Sidek, a veteran of 20 years in preparing various regional Malay cuisines.

The buffet spread features more than 15 appetizers from traditional favourites like Kerabu Perut Sapi, Kerabu Daun Selom, Kerabu Kacang Botol, Kerabu Mangga Muda, Kerabu Ayam Nenas, Kerabu Taugeh, Acar Rampai; bazaar favourites such as Popiah Basah, Tauhu Sumbat, Otak-Otak and more. There is also one Malay Noodle highlighted daily like Assam Laksa, Mee Rebus, Mee Kari, Mee Bandung and Laksa Johor.

For piping hot soup, there is the must-have Bubur Lambuk and an additional choice of soup either Sup Tom Yam Ayam, Sup Ekor, Sup Tulang Rawan or Sup Tom Yam Makanan Laut.

Make a beeline to the main station where over 30 Malay and Indian dishes await diners. Malay dishes are Nasi Bokhari Ayam, Ayam Masak Merah, Daging Rendang Tok, Ikan Tenggiri Asam Pedas, Udang Sambal Tumis Petai, Perut Masak Lemak Rebung, Ayam Percik and Serunding Daging, just to name a few. And, Indian dishes offered that you can indulge in are Mutton Varuval, Salmon Fish Head Curry, Tandoori Chicken, Allo Ghobi, Dhall Curry and many more.

Catch the eight a la minute live cooking stations serving assorted Putu Mayam, Putu Piring, Apam Balik, Roti Jala, Roti Canai, Nasi Ayam, Satay with Condiments and a Carving station.

We are also famous for our extensive dessert selections which are an absolute must try - Bubur Pengat Pisang, Sago Gula Melaka, Tapai Pulut, Pulut Kukus Dengan Serawa Durian, Bubur Jagung, Bubur Cha-cha and many more.
